Go to https://appleid.apple.com
Log in with your Apple ID
Go to Security Settings
Tap ‘Generate Password’, enter label name (can be ‘LaMetric’) and click ‘Create’
Now use this generated password to login into LaMetric Email Notifications app:
Now you can track your emails.
