Add text message in indicator options for developers

Hey,
indicator apps have the option to add text fields, numbers, switches, etc. which let the user configure things.
It would be nice to have an additional option like "text message" where the developer can write text in that is read-only for the user. This could contain some additional setup instructions, explanations for the options, etc.
This would be more user-friendly as writing them in the app description or adding a link to the description to a website where the additional text is written.
In addition to this idea, it would be a nice-to-have when the developer can add clickable hyperlinks to websites in these text messages. (Maybe for furthermore instructions with pictures, longer messages, etc.)

But thats not a must-have feature.
