Auto Brightness / Light Sensor Issue

Hello Got a problem , using auto brightness in a room with 3 lights turned on (not so dark) I think auto brightness turns the display to the lowest brightness (way too low) and using the screensaver when dark function activates the screensaver when all lights turned on (in the evening). Tested the light sensor by using the phone flash light, in a shorter distance - display brightens up und screensaver turns off. Any hints / tips ? thanks in advance max

In order we had a better understanding of the issue, could you please share with us your log files?  


Please grab logs just after the issue has occured.


Follow the next steps to do it:


- if you're on Android, please open "Manage Device" screen and tap menu icon, tap Support, select LaMetric you have a problem with and send an email with device information.
- if you're on iOS, tap on "Account" tab at the bottom of "Manage Device", tap on "Support", tap on the name of your LaMetric Time device and send us an email with logs attached.
