MQTT and Websocket are not working on the SKY

Good day,


I try to implement the MQTT or Websocket connection on the LaMetric SKY, but the connection is not established.


In the log of the MQTT broker, there is no connection established from the LaMetric SKY.


On the the LaMetric TIME, its all working and the LaMeteric Time and LaMetric Sky are connected at the same network.


Any tips?


beside this: Is there a function that if there is no new message received in the last x seconds a Message can be displayed on the TIME and/or SKY?
We want to use the TIME and/or SKY to display the status of our equipment, when the connection is lost, last message is displayed and you have to restart the LaMeteric device.

We just wanted to follow up and make sure everything is okay.  Could you please let us know if everything is working fine on your side now, or if the issue still persists? 


Also, currently, there is no possibility to send connection status on device. You can see it in the My Data DIY (no-code possibilities) app. But we took your request into our account.
