If I were to imagine a scenario, it would probably involve someone trying to draw something incredibly abstract or complex, and everyone guessing wildly off-base. Maybe a drawing of "existential dread" that looks like a tangled mess of spaghetti, or "quantum physics" that somehow ends up being guessed as "a very confused cat.
